Again
we were learning new techniques, this time about composition. Still using
charcoal for the first one we wasn’t allowed to take the charcoal off the page
this then created random lines. Another was just shapes and space then we did
another put this time added tone and then we moved the main focus (figure) to a
corner and drew the rest. After we picked one to do an hour pose, I choose
shapes and tone but it looks flat, the tone isn’t correct. Peers have stated
that some aspects are well proportions but I just need to look at the angles
better and make some areas darker so that your eyes are automatically drawn to
it.
