His work makes me ask questions as to what happened to these places and what did he find there? What I find most interesting is that there is a spark of colour or light in the photographs that makes me think that the abandoned places have life in them yet. The things that he has photographed aren't really interesting in themselves but the way the light cascades over certain areas creates more of a feeling towards the image, as well as revealing some of the environment. It has made me think about how much I want to reveal to my audience and using light and colour of the environment can work to my advantage, its all about composition. Anything can be made interesting.
