Calm Before the Storm
Giclee on Board

Does commissions for art collectors. He is inspired by his parents and the fact that he grew up surrounded by the countryside helped to see the beauty around him. He works with the fields, grass and trees are alive and have their own story. His work includes multiple tones which are worked to create the picture.

Here Comes the Sun

What makes his work interesting is the fact that it is hard to question whether it is a photograph or a detailed drawing as it is very realistic but also has multiple layers. Also what is intriguing is the tones that is used the image is quite dark like the sun is just setting or rising, yet there is something soulful as if it tells a sad but beautiful story. It shows me how important tone is and how it can create a realistic image.
